Reader's Response

Sabotage Peterson pages 176-192 minutes read: 20-30
" 'Don't worry, boy, if there's a million dollars worth of gold coins, I'll share' " (page 177) "Jonah looked at it [the chest], did a double take, and then glanced down into the open chest.
'Paintbrushes?' Jonah said in disbelief, 'Who bothers carrying art supplies halfway across the world!' " (pg. 183)
In the section that I read today Jonah was hoping for lots of treasure in what seemed to be a treasure chest on the beach, but as it turns out it he found a chest full of paint brushes. Have you ever been expecting something you really wanted but found the complete opposite?
I have so many times that I lost count. One time my family and I went to go see a movie, I was hoping to go see this really cool popular movie, but when my dad went to go pick up the tickets I found out that he bought tickets to a kids cartoon movie. It was okay but I would have much rather seen the other movie.
