Readers Response/ Vocabulary

Counter-intuitive: in order to do something you have to start of doing the opposite-you go backwards before you go forwards.
Quizzically: puzzled confused
Aerodynamically:  the study of when forces are applied to an object, like a body, that passes through the air

So instead of  doing the Reader's Response to the book I am currently reading I decided to leave my book in the desk of Mrs.Green's classroom, even though we didn't even have time to read today. I almost left it in the locker thinking that Mrs. Green said that we would not be needing them but I wasn't 100% sure so I decided to bring it thinking "What could possibly go wrong?" Well apparently the fact that I had to leave the book, that left me wanting to read more (which rarely ever happens!), in a desk, where I couldn't get to it, was went wrong. Don't you just hate it when that happens? When you work hard to try to do something right but instead you worst off then when you started. Kinda like yesterdays post on the book Sabotaged, it's like the opposite off counter-intuitive, you go one step forward only to go two steps back.
Just got yelled at to stop typing and eat dinner but during dinner another example showed up. We saw the commercial about Gieco and the woodchucks then my family and I started having a competition to see who would say "How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?" the fastest without  messing up. My sister started saying it kinda slow and messed up, so then I tried to show off by saying it really fast but messed up in the last few words. I took a step forward but then was just shoved two steps back. The same thing happened in the book I was reading. This girl is ice skating when the Zamboni was cleaning the ice. The driver (her age and she wanted to impress) yelled at her, startled she fell on her butt and couldn't get up but instead just kept on falling on her butt. She tried to impress him, taking one step forward, but instead fell on her butt, there for taking two steps back.
Those are about all of the examples I can think of right now so I am finished hope you enjoyed reading and maybe had a few laughs, Kayla
